Started off really slow, turns out to be a great intro for the album. A very unapologetically grimy joint that sounds great for a late night road trip, which is the type of music PND is best at
His accent makes the song. A very braggadocios cut paying homage to the 6. Something out of the PND 2 book but is a nice follow up to High Hopes
The SZA sample was hard not to miss, unless you don’t listen to music at all. Party definitely snapped on this joint. A baby making song for sure, I expect this to get some kickback play not necessarily a club song though.
I forgot he released this song tbh. Ehhh, it’s not a bad song, just out of place. Definitely followed the wave of One Dance, Controlla that Drake made popular (PND technically started it since he wrote Rihanna's “Work”)
PND double dipped and went back to the island vibe. As far as sequencing goes, it made logical sense to put this song here, but I personally like the moody, late night ride songs he drops
*Don’t Know How:
Ok, back to the moody Party I enjoy. This another jam I feel like will get a lot of replays. This track oozed confidence and fits the trap soul ballad mold
*Problems & Selfless:
Probably in my top 3 songs on this project as far as this project goes. This is Party in full on simp mode. He probably wrote this when he was off that Hennessy missing Kehlani. Another baby making track if you ask me. (Key Note: Starts a run of songs that I feel like is the crux of P3)
Another Trap Soul Ballad. A perfect song when you creeping on the low but have another significant other (I don’t condone that but you know, it happens).
These song lyrics will definitely be tweeted a lot in these next coming months. I’m not a big fan of the guitar but the guitar break here was beautiful and definitely makes the song hit harder.
I like this change in pace and is a breath of fresh air from the last song. Good sequencing on Party’s part. Has a lot of replay value but more of a “by yourself chilling in the room with bae” type of joint
*You’ve Been Missed:
This song was specifically made for when you living that single life and start to miss your old flame. Another song I feel that was dedicated to Kehlani. Will expose you if you find yourself in your feelings from time to time.
If there was a club banger on this album, this would be it. I can definitely see people jumping up and down singing along word for word. If you can’t tell the drugs are loud
He was off the drugs when he made this also. It goes hard in its own way, I had to skip it though.
The song starts with some soft drums that would make you think Party is about to go bananas. It’s a throwback to PND 2 and I feel like some will mess with it but I can’t get down with it. It’s another skip song in my opinion.
Come And See Me:
Best Song of the year. We can fight about this.
Nothing Easy To Please:
Another Kehlani song but is very fitting as an outro. I personally had to force myself to listen all the way through but it’s probably one of the most personal songs and gives you a closer look into their relationship or any relationship for that matter.
