Ready. Set. Go.
Two weeks ago, I went on vacation. I knew I was going to the beach so I wanted to be in shape. I got a gym membership, a workout partner and started being consistent with my routines. I went running several times a week and went to the gym whenever I could. My workout partner pushed me to do more each visit! Every night, I did a number of squats, lunges, push-ups and sit-ups. Once I saw results, I began to do a little more. I was happy with my progress! The trip came around and I was nearly at my fitness goal (basically some abs and toned legs). However....
