Is it just me or are these 2016 goals going to be a lot more difficult to reach than expected?

See where I am going with this?
Whatever that number one thing on your 2016 goal list is, you have got to turn it into a non-negotiable. If losing 10lbs is super important to you, it should not be up for discussion whether you are able to make it to gym class. Just like you have to go to work or class, you have to make it to the gym. I have two non-negotiables. The gym and working on my personal brand. I have been wanting to develop better work out habits and an online portfolio of my undergraduate work for months now. So, starting this year (I will keep it real with you all, early February for me), I dedicated time to the gym and my website as I would my job or school.
