Armstead had retired from performing at "The Bando" but decided to make his return. Though no designated headliner for the show, it was clear who majority of the people wanted to see. There were many impressive performances (some of those artists will definitely be on #LocalLove in the future) and after watching Armstead, I can say he lived up to the hype. He is the type of artist that after watching him perform, leaves you craving to hear or see more. His stage presence is quite the spectacle from his energy to his personality and even to his sometimes quirky dance moves. Armstead is clearly comfortable in his skin and why not be when your wife is in the front of the stage cheering you on to the max.
Oh and lets not forget about the bars. Spanish Moon needs a better speaker system but from the bars I could hear, I was impressed. Armstead has a unique flow and takes what the kids are doing nowadays and makes it his own. Also, he somehow combined Metal and Trap Music and made them into a desirable duo.
